Mel Moulden Gallery shipping policy applies to any and all information within this detailed page.

Free standard untracked shipping on unframed art prints within Australia is only for the initial order. If an order is returned to Mel Moulden Gallery due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto you, our customer for the reshipment to occur. You are required to ensure you have entered the correct address details before finalising your order. 

 
Purchasing from www.melmouldengallery.com means you agree and understand all purchasing, returns/refund, shipping policies and all disclaimer(s).

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged in any way, we will replace it. Please contact us within 7 days to organise your replacement.

You will be required to provide photos of:

• All external damages to packaging

• Damages sustained to the product

Please email photos through to info@melmouldengallery.com along with your order number, name and a phone number.

As all items are custom made upon placing your order, we are not able to provide a refund for change of mind or wrong size or option chosen.

In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us at  info@melmouldengallery.com within 24 hours upon receipt of goods so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include  photographs of the damage, the package and the address label, as well as a clear explanation of what has occurred. We will arrange a replacement if the responsibility is solely with the courier company.

Mel Moulden Gallery will not be responsible if the goods were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the goods.

By placing an order with Mel Moulden Gallery you are hereby agreeing that you understand and accept all of the above.
